Brandi and Gregory are amazing to work with. They were professional, punctual and experienced. They knew what they were doing and how to handle problem areas with ease. I am so glad my husband called the number on their van while stopped behind them at a stop light. Our bamboo floors turned out beautifully throughout our entire home (except the bathrooms, laundry room and bonus room) we couldn't be more pleased at how it turned out. I felt they were reasonably priced as well. I would recommend Creditbility Flooring to anyone looking to have new hardwood floors installed. Some of the areas in the floor prior to the installation did have some cosmetic and repair issues that Gregory discussed with me before starting the job. This meant a lot to me that he took the time to explain what the issues were and how he was going to correct them before the install. He also cleaned up the flooring after installation and removed the old flooring from my property. I am well pleased with their work ethic and excellent customer service!
